As an Intellectual Property Lawyer by background, I have always enjoyed an excellent practice in the IP, IT and Technology areas and, over the years, have further developed this into international contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction, insurance (I was a Partner in an insurance law firm for some years), maritime and family business. I seek to combine both facilitative and evaluative styles as appropriate and am noted for the level of energy that I bring to the process. I have undertaken Investor State Mediator Training with CEDR, IMI, ICSID and the World Bank and carried out mediations in many parts of the world. I have also taught and continue to teach on mediation courses around the world, including in China, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
