About Work
With over 30 years of experience as in-house counsel in an international stock-listed corporation, working in both operative and management positions, my approach in conflict resolution and mediation is built on a deep understanding of complex disputes in the international energy and maritime sectors.
Emphasizing thorough preparation and tailored processes, the approach focuses on addressing the unique aspects of each case. I balance flexibility and guidance to foster a constructive dialogue through private meetings and shuttle diplomacy. Open questions are used to challenge assumptions, foster collaboration, and support sustainable solutions while preserving business relationships.
