Mediator

Short Introduction

Mediation is a tool for reshaping reality - and fill it with understanding. I have been practicing mediation for more than 20 years, mostly focused on the important relationships - family cases, team conflicts, disputes between co-owners in a company, and school conflicts. I have been actively involved in initiatives promoting mediation, such as developing court mediation programs, national mediation competition for students, working with schools. I have also developed a strong community of mediators making initiatives together.

About Work

As a mediator and mediation trainer for more than 20 years, I have had more than 600 hundred mediations and have trained more than 2000 mediators and 7000 thousand professionals in dispute resolution skills. My main focus are family and team mediations, as well as mediations between people with strong relations - such as co-owners, business partners, and yes, members of community, such as schools. I also have experience in real estate and business conflicts. My legal expertise for more than 20 years helps me handle various types of complicated disputes. However, my attention is on rebuilding dialogue and helping disputing parties preserve the human relationship or continue separately their work or life, without feeling bitter. And also help them to focus on open communication, where necessary (such as in family relationships with kids). I respect their opinions and practice a highly facilitative style, encouraging them to explore deeper their real priorities and the corresponding options which will make them feel better and more secure.
