After a career in International Business Consulting, I became a certified mediator in France (IFOMENE) in 20219, and in 2022 in London (CEDR), before creating my mediation practice. Accredited by the Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles, I have conducted numerous mediations both in France and internationally.
In parallel, I authored a book on my core area of expertise—difficult conversations—which has led me to deliver conferences and training programs on conflict resolution, mediation and psychological safety.”
About Work
Eric first began his career in multinational corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Danone, working in marketing and sales.
He then founded an international business consulting company, which led him to spend 12 years in Caracas and 5 years in Miami.
In 2019, he became a mediator in France (IFOMENE), and in 2022 in London (CEDR), before creating his mediation practice, VD Médiation.
Accredited by the Courts of Appeal of Paris and Versailles, he has conducted numerous mediations both in France and internationally. He divides his time between workplace mediations, partnership disputes, and commercial mediations.
In parallel, he authored a book on his core area of expertise: difficult conversations. He also delivers conferences and training sessions on this topic, both for major corporations such as TF1, L’Oréal, Pernod Ricard, AstraZeneca, and Carrefour, as well as for small businesses and associations.
