Eve Pienaar

Eve has been delivering mediation skills training, from mediation awareness courses to advanced mediation skills training, since 2007. Eve also has experience in facilitating better communication within teams or at board level, helping parties to have difficult conversations where necessary. She works at individual course level and also on mediation training projects adapted to a client's needs. 

Eve co-presents courses and webinars with professionals from other fields, to constantly evolve and adapt the mediation process to best suit client needs. For instance speaking with experts in neurodiversity on how to make mediation more inclusive and available to clients in all walks of life, or developing bespoke workplace mediation training courses at organisational level. Eve has delivered mediation skills training in French (Equanim International accreditation programme in Paris). She is a fluent French speaker, having grown up in France.

Eve regularly delivers mediation skills training in the UK and online, as well as in the EU. She enjoys teaching, coaching and assessing delegates on the CEDR Mediation Skills Training courses. Delegates’ feedback suggest she is a very effective trainer, who enjoys imparting skills and insight into mediation and negotiation in a positive manner. Her genuine desire to help individuals use mediation to its full potential comes across in her enthusiasm and warm but insightful practice delivery, whether as mediation users, practitioners or advocates.
