Faiza Alleg Dolivet

Conflict Management Trainer

Short Introduction

I am a French-qualified lawyer and CEDR certified mediator, passionate about bridging dialogue across differences. For over 15 years, I have worked in international law, ESG, and conflict resolution, often in high-pressure global contexts. I believe commitment and effective dialogue can turn conflict into opportunity. As a trainer, I design workshops on negotiation, mediation, compliance, and conflict prevention. I also created the HumanKind – Bridging Dialogues podcast, a space where global voices explore how "good conversations" shape sustainable futures.

About Work

As a lawyer and mediator, training is at the heart of my practice. I believe that the ability to communicate effectively on complex issues, and to approach conflict with constructive perspectives, can be transformative. Conflict resolution skills are not innate—they can be learned, developed, and applied in every professional environment. My programs focus on negotiation, mediation, compliance, and conflict prevention. I design each workshop to fit the specific context and audience: executives facing high-stakes decisions, teams navigating intercultural challenges, or students preparing to enter school mediation programs. What matters to me is creating a learning space where participants feel both challenged and supported—where they can test new tools, work through real scenarios, and gain the confidence to act differently when tensions arise. I emphasize interactive methods: case studies grounded in real practice, structured simulations, and guided reflection. These techniques make learning dynamic and ensure that theory is quickly translated into action. Over the years, I have delivered training across Europe, Africa, and Latin America, in French, English, and Spanish, allowing me to adapt seamlessly to multicultural groups. What I find most rewarding is seeing participants apply their learning immediately—whether by reframing a negotiation, addressing a workplace conflict with clarity, or embedding compliance values into daily practice. For me, training is not a one-off intervention but a catalyst for long-term change, helping organizations and individuals build resilience, trust, and sustainable collaboration.
