Short Introduction
Based on my strong commitment with mediation and other ADR, and with a large legal and business background as General Counsel and Board-member, I am honoured to develop my practice as conflict resolution specialist and as lawyer together as CEDR international commercial mediator (London 2016), coach, assessor and faculty where business, law and civil society meet from a constructive prospective based on cultural values and human principles. About Work
With more than twenty-five years of experience in international negotiation, management, and contracting in the energy and food and beverage industry (ASEA BROWN BOVERI, ALSTOM, GRUPO VIPS, STARBUCKS in Europe) and since 2016 from MIND THE LAW-MIND THE AGREEMENT with different profile and size of clients, I have developed a clear perspective that successful problem solving relies on comprehensive conflict resolution skills training at all organisational levels.
Working alongside participants and CEDR faculty in various international mediation trainings has been instrumental in my growth as a facilitator.
I regularly lead or participate in other mediation training for lawyers, business teams, in-company sessions, university-level (postgraduate or master’s degree) programs, and schools, using a variety of methods (specialized workshops, master classes, mock sessions, role-play exercises, etc.)
Since 2021, I have had the privilege of teaching mediation to young students with intellectual disabilities, supporting their personal development and workplace inclusion. This experience has enriched me more as a mediator, faculty member, and lawyer than I could ever give in return.
In my country and Latin America, I am especially committed to promoting alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods through participation in round tables, articles, and other initiatives.
In my professional journey, practice as lawyer, conflict resolution specialist and training are in constant convergence.
My clients value this personal and professional profile, requesting my involvement in different roles in complex situations: from regular participation in executive committees, board or shareholders meeting to appointments as a mediator, through to negotiations of corporate, commercial and workplace transactions.
