Kelly Stricklin-Coutinho

Mediator

Short Introduction

Helping parties to reach better outcomes which work for them commercially and personally is very rewarding. I am inherently curious about what drives people, businesses and industries, and the chance to dive into that and to help move things on is a unique privilege. The joy of seeing content parties leave a mediation is always a fresh one. We often hear of the economic value of mediation, but the real value is a brighter horizon coming in to view.

Legal 500 2017

"Kelly provides very impressive commercial advice and is an exquisite advocate. While for now she is a fantastic junior to add structure to a team, she will no doubt be knocking on the door of silk soon enough."
