About Work

Corina brings a rare blend of international legal experience, cultural fluency, and strategic insight to her work as a mediator, coach, and trainer. Having practiced law in the US and Liechtenstein before fully dedicating herself to mediation, she draws on a strong legal foundation to navigate complex disputes. Her professional journey has taken her across several countries, including Switzerland, the US, Spain, Lichtenstein, and Germany, enriching her practice with deep cross-cultural understanding and multilingual communication skills. As a training facilitator in mediation, Corina is deeply passionate about empowering others to grow—both professionally and personally. She finds great fulfillment in guiding participants as they build confidence, develop core mediation competencies, and deepen their self-awareness. With a wealth of real-world experience, she brings practical insight to her teaching, grounding theoretical frameworks in the realities of mediation practice. Corina values the transformative potential of training—not just as a means to transfer knowledge, but as a space for reflection, curiosity, and authentic development. She fosters learning environments where future mediators can explore their unique styles, engage in meaningful dialogue, and connect with a strong professional community. What drives her most is the knowledge that high-quality training leads to more thoughtful, effective mediation—and ultimately to better outcomes for individuals, families, and organizations navigating conflict. Corina serves as Director of Training for the Swiss Bar Association’s mediation specialization program and holds leadership roles as President of the Advisory Council for Mediation at the Swiss Arbitration Centre and board member of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation.
