Lead Faculty, Trainer, Negotiation, Conflict Management Trainer

Short Introduction

As CEDR Lead Faculty with over 20 years of training experience, I design and deliver world-class conflict resolution and negotiation training internationally. I bring authentic facilitation skills, empathic listening, and the ability to create psychologically safe learning environments where participants develop real confidence in handling challenging negotiations, difficult conversations and transforming conflict. I love working with a wide variety of participants and enjoy developing rapport with each individual to enhance the shared learning environment.

About Work

As a CEDR Lead Faculty member since 2017, I deliver the internationally recognised MST and EWMST training courses and design bespoke training globally. My teaching experience spans over two decades, beginning with corporate training at Mars Inc in 1998. I've worked across cultures delivering training in the Middle East, Europe, America and Asia, with expertise in multiple teaching modalities including large group presentations, small group facilitation, and role-play sessions. Before becoming a full-time mediator and trainer, I had a successful international business career with one of the world's top companies, working across UK, European, and Global roles. This business background provides me with deep understanding of organisational dynamics and practical applications of conflict resolution and negotiation. I hold a Certificate of Professional Development in Transformational Coaching (ILM endorsed) and have achieved accreditations in multiple mediation specialties. I also serve as a Teaching Fellow at SOAS School of Law. My training philosophy centers on creating engaging, impactful learning experiences. I'm highly skilled at giving developmental feedback and continue to be in demand as a professional coach. What I love most about training is witnessing participants develop confidence in their ability to handle difficult conversations and transform conflict into opportunity for growth and understanding.
