Agnė Tvaronavičienė
Mediator
Short Introduction
I am a mediator and professor of law who truly believes in the power of calm, respectful dialogue. What I enjoy most is seeing people gradually regain clarity and confidence as they work toward their own solutions. My experience across different legal and social fields has taught me that most conflicts soften when people feel heard. I am proud to support mediation through practice, teaching and research, and to help strengthen a culture of constructive conflict resolution.
About Work
Over the years, working as a mediator, professor of law and mediation trainer, I have developed a practice that naturally blends legal expertise with a practical, people-centred approach to resolving disputes. My experience includes public, private and international settings, supported by professional training with CEDR, MiKK and other respected mediation organisations. I work in a purely facilitative style, focusing on creating space for meaningful dialogue and helping parties clarify their interests so they can move towards workable and sustainable agreements. In my view, a mediator is a guide who structures the process and brings clarity into the dialogue, while maintaining a calm, respectful and supportive atmosphere. As Head of the Mediation and Sustainable Conflict Resolution Laboratory and Director of the Mediation LL.M programme, I have trained mediators for many years and participated in numerous projects, which allows me to bring a balanced combination of analytical thinking, cultural awareness and practical insight to every mediation.
