Anisa is a Senior Commercial Dispute Resolution and Business Development Specialist, and a CEDR Accredited Mediator, with extensive experience leading the delivery of ADR services, driving business growth, and managing the resolution of complex commercial disputes across a wide range of sectors. As a senior member of the Commercial Disputes leadership team, she is responsible for the strategic oversight and delivery of high-profile, complex mediations.

With a background in law and modern languages, Anisa brings a broad international perspective to her work. She is multilingual and combines expertise in ADR, commercial litigation, and regulatory frameworks with a strong commercial focus, enabling her to work effectively with clients, legal advisers, and stakeholders across diverse jurisdictions.

Katy Jones

Katy brings extensive experience managing commercial mediation cases across diverse sectors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and warm, reassuring approach, she ensures every client receives personalised and efficient service throughout their mediation journey.

Frank Eijkman

With a Master's in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Strathclyde University, Frank combines academic expertise with hands-on case experience. He's supported CEDR Foundation projects and volunteers as a mediator and conciliator. A passionate footballer and runner, Frank brings the same focus and determination to his client work.

Brianne Menchion

Originally from Canada, Brianne's background spans international arbitration, commercial mediation, and negotiation teaching.
