About Work

Professional negligence, healthcare, employment and commercial disputes are central to Kevin's mediation practice. He regularly mediates disputes involving clinical negligence, personal injury, wills and probate, shareholder disagreements, partnership conflicts, workplace issues, financial services matters and family finance disputes.

Before becoming a mediator, Kevin practised exclusively as a civil litigation solicitor, handling complex claims across professional negligence, healthcare and commercial litigation. This experience provides him with a strong understanding of both legal and practical considerations in dispute resolution.

His mediation work spans professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants and architects, shareholder and partnership disputes, workplace conflicts, construction disputes, insurance matters, probate claims and healthcare related disputes. He is particularly experienced in cases involving sensitive personal circumstances and complex legal issues.

Parties appreciate Kevin's pragmatic, energetic and settlement-focused style. Through thorough preparation, constructive reality testing and a balance of empathy and firmness, he helps parties engage productively and move towards practical and sustainable agreements.
