Short Introduction
What I value most about mediation is creating the conditions for difficult conversations to become constructive again. I am motivated by helping parties move beyond positions, rebuild trust where possible and find solutions they can own. After many years in international legal practice, I am particularly proud of supporting people and organisations through conflict with clarity, calm judgement and respect, especially when commercial relationships, reputations and future cooperation matter as much as the immediate dispute.
