Professional Background
Andreas is a trained German specialised lawyer in commercial and corporate law. Further, he is a CEDR accredited mediator (2020) and also fulfilled the CEDR Investor-State Mediation Training (2018). Andreas holds a post as Visiting Lecturer at the University of Oxford, England, and teach within the BCL/MJur/MLF courses “Commercial Negotiation and Mediation” and “International Commercial Arbitration”. Further, he is a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris, France, and member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), Bonn, Germany. Apart, Andreas is co-author of one of the leading German textbooks on business mediation (“Mediation in der Wirtschaft”, 3rd edition 2019). Also, he is co-author and trainer of one of the leading German vocational training courses to become a fully accredited business mediator (“Münchener Ausbildung zum Wirthscaftsmediator, Eidenmüller/Hacke/Fries”).
