John Gale is the founder and Managing Partner of J.S. Gale & Co. He was previously Managing Partner of Stephenson Harwood’s Hong Kong and China offices and has spent nearly 30 years in Hong Kong advising on a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial transactions centred in Hong Kong and Asia.
John’s work includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, debt and equity fundraisings, reorganisations and restructurings. Many have been cross-border and have involved advice on the Listing Rules and Takeovers and Share Repurchase Codes in Hong Kong.
