Kim Rooney is a barrister who has been based in Hong Kong since 1990, after first practising in Australia. Before moving to the Bar in late 2009, she was a partner of White & Case LLP and head of its Hong Kong based international dispute resolution practice. Kim has more than 30 years experience covering a wide range of commercial, construction, employment, financial, insolvency, regulatory and infrastructure disputes (litigation and international arbitration), involving financial institutions, corporates, multilateral organizations, state-owned enterprises and governments.
