Professional Background
Lead or adjunct faculty for cross-cultural, international mediation skills training in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Americas since 1995. Training work performed with support from and under the aegis of government (e.g. Ministry of Justice), NGOs (e.g. CEDR/ICSID/ECT) and Bar Associations (e.g. International Bar Association). Several opportunities to work with mediator trainees in bi-lingual setting (e.g. Arabic and English in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia). Keynote or panel participant speaker on Investor-State mediation at multiple in-person and online events (e.g. delivered 2nd Hong Kong Mediation Lecture on ISDS mediation). Published multiple articles/working papers on ISDS mediation.
