Karen joined CEDR in January 2018 as the Consumer Team Manager and was promoted to Stakeholder Relations Manager in April 2019.
Karen is an experienced Contact Centre and Operations Manager with a background in process and systems improvement. Previously having worked in the housing charity sector where she oversaw a team of over 50 staff, providing customer service and complaint management support to over 100,000 customers.
Karen’s responsibilities include client relations, regulator reporting, data analysis and handling complaints regarding the level of service provided by CEDR consumers in relation to its dispute resolution schemes.
