Karen joined CEDR in January 2018 as the Consumer Team Manager.
Karen is an experienced Contact Centre and Operations Manager with a background in process and systems improvement. Previously having worked in the housing charity sector where she oversaw a team of over 50 staff, providing customer service and complaint management support to over 100,000 customers.
Karen is responsible for the delivery of scheme KPI's and ensuring a high standard of customer service, including the responsibility for handling complaints regarding the level of service provided by CEDR consumers in relation to its dispute resolution schemes.
