Choose & Pay

Select your mediator, confirm your date, and pay your fixed fee (we'll hold the mediator's diary once both parties have paid).

Mediate & Resolve

Your mediator will guide you through preparation and the mediation day itself - focused entirely on reaching a resolution.

Lead Time: We can be ready in two working days if urgent, but 10 working days’ notice ensures everyone is fully prepared.

  • Mediator travel expenses charged at cost (up to £150 without approval; amounts over £150 agreed in advance).

We'll always discuss and agree the mediator's additional time and any other costs with you before the mediation begins - no surprises.

If your mediation session runs longer than the hours included in your fixed fee, extra time is charged at the hourly rate shown above.
