Course Overview

Gain TWO Civil Mediation Council (CMC) Observation and Experience Points through this three-hour online Employment and Workplace Mock Mediation.

Participants will observe a professionally produced workplace mediation and explore each stage of the process, from preparation and opening statements through to exploration, negotiation and conclusion, with guidance from experienced CEDR and CMC-accredited facilitators.

Open to all mediators, regardless of accreditation provider.
