Alice Lampard

Alice's mediation practice focuses primarily on farming, agricultural and rural disputes, including succession planning, family business disagreements, land ownership conflicts, proprietary estoppel claims, housing association matters and workplace disputes.

Before becoming a mediator, Alice spent many years working directly within farming and rural business. She managed beef, sheep and arable enterprises and served as a director of a family construction company. This practical experience gives her a deep understanding of the commercial, emotional and generational challenges often present in rural disputes.

Alongside her mediation work, Alice established herself as a coaching psychologist, helping individuals, families and organisations navigate change and conflict. Her clients have included Farming Connect, Mentera, The King's Countryside Fund, Forest Research and Confor.

Alice is known for her calm, outcome-focused and flexible approach. She believes successful mediation comes from helping people have better conversations and gain clarity about both their current situation and future priorities. As she describes it, she values the opportunity to witness individuals move through difficult emotions, build understanding and create positive outcomes that support long-term relationships and sustainable decision-making.
