Short Introduction
Andy Rogers is an experienced commercial mediator with more than 35 years' experience working across the business, public and voluntary sectors. Since joining CEDR in 2005, he has mediated a wide range of commercial, property, workplace, construction and trust and probate disputes, helping parties resolve complex conflicts both in the UK and internationally.
Before becoming a mediator, Andy held senior communications and consultancy roles advising major corporations, government departments and international organisations on reputation management, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. This background gives him a strong understanding of commercial relationships, organisational dynamics and the reputational issues that often sit at the heart of disputes. Clients value his practical, solution focused approach and his ability to help parties move beyond entrenched positions towards workable outcomes.

About Work
With experience spanning business, communications and dispute resolution, Andy is regularly appointed to mediate commercial contracts, property disputes, workplace conflicts, construction matters and trust, wills and probate disputes. His practice includes disputes ranging from £10,000 to multi million pound claims, many involving long standing relationships or complex stakeholder interests. Prior to joining CEDR, Andy worked in senior communications and consultancy roles, advising businesses, government bodies and international organisations on reputation management, public affairs and strategic communications. He has led projects across Europe, North America, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, giving him valuable insight into commercial decision-making, organisational culture and cross border relationships.
Andy has extensive experience mediating disputes involving commercial contracts, professional services, shareholder and partnership issues, landlord and tenant matters, housing and property disputes, construction projects, workplace grievances and inheritance conflicts. He is particularly experienced in disputes where communication has broken down and relationships need to be repaired alongside resolving the substantive issues.
