    Short Introduction

    With over 20 years’ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Mediation experience in a variety of legal and commercial environments, I am a UK qualified barrister/attorney, ADR professional and international consultant. Previously the Head of Dispute Resolution Services at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), London, I established my own international consultancy practice in 2010 focussing on the design and delivery of ADR projects worldwide.

    About Work

    My current work includes: 

    • Mediation and Arbitration – commercial dispute resolution services across the legal spectrum, with a focus on the following sectors: commercial contracts, construction and engineering, finance, insurance, workplace and employment, partnership, commercial and private property, ICT and intellectual property. 

       

    • Training – design and delivery of mediation, conflict management and other ADR related training courses for professionals, lawyers, judges and international development / international relations personnel, both in the UK and internationally. 

       

    • Consultancy – design and delivery of international ADR projects, including work on civil justice initiatives in ADR in Europe, Middle East, the Caribbean, Africa, South and East Asia.
