Baria Ahmed is an international commercial mediator, arbitrator and ADR consultant with more than 20 years' experience in dispute resolution. Formerly Head of CEDR Solve and founding Director General of the Arbitration and Mediation Court of the Caribbean, she has mediated a wide range of commercial, construction, banking, employment and professional negligence disputes for businesses and individuals across multiple jurisdictions.
Having delivered dispute resolution and institutional development projects for organisations including the World Bank, United Nations and European Union, Baria brings extensive international experience and cultural awareness to her mediation practice.
