About Work

Property and commercial disputes sit at the heart of Beverley's mediation practice. She regularly mediates disputes involving development projects, landlord and tenant matters, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence claims, banking and finance disputes, trusts and commercial contracts.

Before becoming a full time mediator, Beverley spent 20 years as a solicitor, including a decade as a litigation partner and Head of Real Estate Litigation at Allen & Overy.
