About Work
Workplace conflict, organisational relationships and intercultural communication form the core of Birgit's mediation and consultancy practice. She regularly supports multinational organisations, public bodies, educational institutions and NGOs in resolving complex disputes involving leadership teams, employees and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Before becoming a full time mediator and conflict management specialist, Birgit spent more than 15 years managing European cooperation projects and international development initiatives. This experience gave her extensive expertise in stakeholder engagement, organisational communication and navigating complex cross border relationships.
Birgit has worked with global organisations across sectors including retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, education and public services. Her experience includes workplace grievances, leadership disputes, team dysfunction, organisational change, intercultural conflicts, employee management disagreements and conflict management system design.
