Birgit Sambeth is an internationally recognised commercial mediator, attorney and dispute resolution specialist with more than 25 years' experience resolving complex domestic and cross border disputes. Based in Switzerland, she is regularly appointed in high value commercial, banking, insolvency, shareholder, inheritance and family business disputes, often involving multiple parties and international interests.
 
As Co Head of the Dispute Resolution Team at Altenburger and a former Deputy Judge, Birgit combines extensive legal expertise with deep mediation experience. She is widely respected for her strategic approach to conflict resolution and her ability to guide parties through complex commercial and personal disputes while preserving important relationships where possible.
