Short Introduction

Supporting individuals and multi-disciplinary teams to resolve complex and often long-held disputes, empowering clients to create positive shifts in practice and enabling transformative change in fast-paced and challenging environments.  Helping to empower individuals to make their best choices in work and in life, seeing the difference that open communications can make to teams in crisis and promoting patience and kindness in the workplace allows me the privilege of engaging with my clients in the most rewarding way.

Testimonials

"Thank you for your tireless work with a very challenging team and a rather unique set of problems...you have helped us to realign values and practice, and the unit is functioning in a way that delivers more than we could have hoped for in a relatively short space of time.  The team feedback confirmed that it was the most transformative intervention they have experienced." - Divisional Director of Operations, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

About Work

I am a part-time mediator and facilitator based in Oxford and I was accredited with CEDR in 2017.  I have engaged with many clients for organisational and workplace conflict resolution, in particular across the NHS, education and other public and third sector clients. I was invited to attend the International Peacemaking Programme in 2019 which CEDR delivered in partnership with the Oxford Process which enhanced my understanding of complex interpersonal dynamics and conflict resolution challenges.

As a practitioner I have a calm, composed and empathetic approach to supporting individuals and multidisciplinary teams with workplace conflicts to successful resolution, and I have delivered interventions to facilitate organisational change and improve stakeholder engagement through the outcomes of the mediation process.  My relationships with my clients are built on mutual trust, respect and a willingness to navigate any challenges presented to best support positive outcomes, both for the participants and their organisations.
