Caroline Sheridan is a highly experienced workplace and commercial mediator, executive coach and conflict resolution specialist with a particular focus on employment, workplace and organisational disputes. A member of CEDR Chambers and the Court of Appeal Mediator Panel, she has successfully resolved disputes across the financial services, public sector, charity, technology, insurance and professional services sectors.
 
Before becoming a full time mediator, Caroline spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles within financial services, working across compliance, human resources, change management, business development and risk management. Clients value her ability to combine strong commercial understanding with exceptional interpersonal skills when helping parties resolve challenging disputes.

About Work

Employment and workplace disputes sit at the heart of Caroline's mediation practice. She regularly assists organisations, executives and employees in resolving grievances, discrimination claims, relationship breakdowns, whistleblowing concerns, workplace investigations and organisational change disputes.
 
Prior to becoming a full time mediator and executive coach, Caroline held senior leadership positions within the financial services sector, including director level roles in compliance, human resources and business development. This experience provides her with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, leadership challenges and workplace relationships.
 
Caroline has extensive experience mediating disputes involving bullying and harassment allegations, Equality Act claims, senior leadership conflicts, partnership disputes, professional negligence matters, banking and financial services disputes, property issues and commercial contracts. She is particularly experienced in highly emotional disputes where trust has broken down and relationships need to be rebuilt.
