About Work

Drawing on a background in law, HR and business leadership, Christine mediates a broad range of commercial, workplace and organisational disputes. Her work includes employment issues, shareholder disagreements, commercial contracts, healthcare claims, property disputes and matters involving charities and public sector organisations.
 
Before focusing on mediation and executive coaching, Christine held senior legal and HR leadership roles within major international businesses across the engineering, aerospace, nuclear and industrial sectors. She has also practised law and worked in organisational consulting and healthcare management.
 
Christine has particular experience in disputes involving workplace grievances, discrimination, harassment, executive exits, shareholder conflicts, partnership disputes, intellectual property and healthcare claims, especially where legal, commercial and interpersonal issues overlap.
