Prior to co-founding CEDR, Eileen was a partner in a leading City law firm and worked extensively with multinational businesses and international clients. Over the course of her mediation career she has helped design and lead dispute resolution processes for some of the most significant commercial conflicts in the UK and internationally.

Eileen has extensive experience mediating disputes involving multinational corporations, public bodies, entrepreneurs, celebrities and sovereign states. Her practice includes highly complex multi party disputes, cross border matters and cases involving significant commercial, reputational and political considerations.
