Short Introduction

Frederick Way is an experienced commercial mediator specialising in employment, workplace, charity, arts and cultural sector disputes, alongside commercial contracts, shareholder conflicts and trusts and probate matters. Accredited by CEDR since 2000, he has successfully mediated disputes across the public, private and voluntary sectors for more than two decades.

Alongside his mediation practice, Frederick has held senior leadership and governance roles across the arts, charity and education sectors. This experience gives him a strong understanding of organisational dynamics, stakeholder relationships and the challenges faced by boards, leadership teams and charitable organisations.

Frederick's background includes extensive experience working with charities, cultural institutions, educational organisations and membership bodies. His understanding of governance, leadership and stakeholder engagement allows him to navigate disputes involving complex organisational relationships and competing interests.

His mediation experience includes board and trustee disputes, employment matters, shareholder disagreements, commercial contracts, inheritance issues, workplace conflicts and disputes involving arts and cultural organisations.
