Gillian Caroe is a highly experienced commercial, workplace and trusts mediator who has successfully mediated hundreds of disputes across the public, private and charitable sectors. A CEDR accredited mediator since 2005 and member of CEDR's Lead Mediator Panel and Training Faculty, she is regularly appointed in employment, property, healthcare, commercial contract, charity, probate and public sector disputes.
Before becoming a full time mediator, Gillian held senior international business roles with a global organisation, working across multiple countries and business functions.
