Hannah Tümpel

Hannah Tümpel mediates a broad range of commercial, governance, cross-border and organisational disputes. She regularly assists multinational businesses, boards of directors, international organisations, NGOs, public bodies and family businesses in resolving disputes involving commercial relationships, governance, strategy, stakeholder engagement, investor-state matters and cross-border conflicts.

Before establishing her independent mediation practice, Hannah led the ICC International Centre for ADR in Paris, overseeing hundreds of international mediation and dispute resolution proceedings. She has also held senior executive leadership roles with United World Colleges International and the German Commission for UNESCO, giving her significant experience of governance, organisational strategy, compliance and complex stakeholder management.

Her mediation experience includes commercial disputes, board and executive conflicts, shareholder and governance disputes, investor-state mediation, intercultural disputes, organisational change, education sector conflicts, not-for-profit disputes, family and inheritance matters, and multi-stakeholder dialogue processes. She is particularly experienced in disputes involving international parties, cultural differences and complex organisational dynamics.
