Ian Weatherburn is an experienced construction and commercial mediator with more than 45 years of hands on experience in the construction industry. A chartered surveyor, construction manager, adjudicator and expert witness, he specialises in construction, engineering, commercial contract and professional negligence disputes.
Having worked across major construction, development and engineering projects in the UK and internationally, Ian brings extensive technical, commercial and operational expertise to mediation. His practical industry knowledge enables him to understand the challenges facing parties and support effective dispute resolution.
