I bring over a decade of mediation experience and serve as the head of the Mediation Center at the Slovenian Bar Association. My style is facilitative and future-focused: I help parties express what truly matters to them, explore workable options, and shape solutions that feel fair, sustainable, and tailored to their needs. I pay close attention to the dynamics between parties, creating a calm and respectful environment where they can speak openly and move beyond the stress of past events. I am also listed as a mediator at the Higher Court of Ljubljana, where I assist in resolving complex business and civil matters already deep in litigation but still suited for an amicable settlement. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage entrenched positions and guide parties toward constructive dialogue in high-stakes situations. My strengths include deep listening, reframing complex issues, and navigating emotionally charged conversations with clarity and empathy. I am very open to creative, out-of-the-box solutions and often help parties consider options they may not have explored, discussing what might be possible from new angles. With strong legal knowledge, I also ensure that proposed solutions are both legally feasible and enforceable.
