Jennifer's mediation practice focuses on commercial, employment and cross-border disputes. She regularly assists businesses, insurers, public organisations and private clients in resolving disputes involving commercial contracts, shareholder disagreements, employment claims, professional negligence, intellectual property, product liability, environmental matters, procurement challenges, property disputes and international trade.

Before becoming a full-time mediator, Jennifer practised commercial litigation at one of Canada's largest law firms before establishing her own successful legal practice. She acted for both claimants and defendants across a wide range of commercial and civil disputes spanning sectors including energy, technology, insurance, construction, manufacturing, transport, hospitality, real estate, retail, sport and not-for-profit organisations. Alongside her mediation work, she advises on ADR strategy, delivers mediation training internationally and is a frequent speaker on negotiation, mediation advocacy and dispute resolution policy.

Her mediation and dispute resolution experience includes commercial contract disputes, employment and wrongful dismissal claims, shareholder conflicts, professional negligence matters, intellectual property disputes, construction claims, landlord and tenant disputes, procurement challenges, environmental disputes, product liability claims, personal injury matters and complex multi-party commercial litigation.
