Short Introduction

What I love most about being a mediator is helping people move from conflict to clarity. With over 25 years in industrial relations – including 11 as a trade union negotiator – I’ve learned that resolution comes from listening, fairness, and trust. Whether I’m mediating, investigating, or coaching, I’m proud to offer straightforward, expert support that empowers all parties. I thrive on building collaborative solutions that last, and I’m passionate about making workplaces more effective, inclusive and productive.
