Malcolm Currie is an experienced workplace and employment mediator specialising in industrial relations, collective bargaining, workplace conflict and organisational change. With more than 25 years of experience across the public, private and third sectors, he helps organisations, leaders, employees and trade unions resolve complex workplace disputes and strengthen working relationships.
 
A former professional trade union negotiator and member of CEDR's Mediation Skills Training Faculty, Malcolm combines extensive negotiation expertise with practical mediation skills. He is particularly experienced in collective labour disputes, partnership working, organisational restructuring and employment relationship challenges.

Workplace, employment and organisational disputes are at the heart of Malcolm's mediation practice. He regularly assists organisations in resolving workplace relationship breakdowns, collective bargaining disputes, team conflicts, leadership disagreements, restructuring issues and partnership challenges.
 
Drawing on extensive experience in industrial relations and trade union negotiations, Malcolm has worked across sectors including science and research, energy, engineering, heritage, education, charities, sport and community organisations. His background provides a deep understanding of the complexities of workplace dynamics and organisational change.
 
His mediation experience includes bullying and harassment complaints, team dysfunction, executive conflicts, collective labour disputes, industrial relations matters, partnership issues, organisational restructuring and community based disputes. He is particularly experienced in helping organisations rebuild trust and improve communication following periods of conflict.
