About Work

Mandy mediates a broad range of commercial, property, construction, insolvency, professional negligence, insurance and partnership disputes. Her practice spans matters involving FTSE 100 companies, financial institutions, local authorities, SMEs, family businesses and private individuals.
 
Before becoming a full time mediator, Mandy was Head of Real Estate Litigation at Clifford Chance, where she advised clients on complex property, corporate and commercial disputes. This experience gives her a strong understanding of the legal, financial and commercial drivers that underpin conflict.
 
Her mediation work includes high value property disputes, landlord and tenant matters, insolvency claims, professional negligence cases, boardroom and partnership conflicts, public sector disputes, employment matters and business to consumer complaints. She is particularly experienced in disputes involving multiple stakeholders, long running relationships and significant financial or emotional pressures.
