Short Introduction
Mario Dotti is an internationally experienced commercial mediator, arbitrator and facilitator with more than 20 years of mediation practice and over 500 mediations conducted as sole mediator. He specialises in commercial contracts, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, banking, environmental disputes, family business conflicts and international commercial matters.
A lawyer since 1994 and an accredited mediation trainer, Mario is recognised for his deep expertise in dispute resolution and conflict management. His work spans both domestic and cross-border disputes, helping businesses, public bodies and private clients achieve practical and sustainable outcomes.
About Work
Mario works across a broad range of commercial, corporate, intellectual property, insurance, real estate, banking, environmental and family business disputes. He has mediated matters involving international companies, public authorities, insurers, family-owned businesses and private clients.
Alongside his mediation practice, Mario is an accredited trainer for the Italian Ministry of Justice and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, and regularly teaches mediation, negotiation and conflict management. His legal background and extensive ADR experience provide valuable insight into both the commercial and human dimensions of conflict.
His mediation experience includes insurance disputes, energy and environmental matters, contractual disagreements, intellectual property conflicts, real estate disputes, probate issues and complex family business disputes. He is particularly experienced in helping parties navigate disputes involving long-term commercial relationships and multiple stakeholders.
