Martin Brink is an internationally recognised commercial mediator, arbitrator and corporate dispute resolution specialist with more than 45 years of experience resolving complex business, banking, shareholder and governance disputes. A former magistrate in the Court of Appeal at The Hague, attorney, corporate adviser and author on business mediation, he is widely recognised for his expertise in corporate mediation, banking and finance disputes, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder conflicts and public sector matters.
 
Drawing on more than four decades of experience in corporate law, financial services and board-level governance, Martin regularly assists businesses, financial institutions, government bodies and senior executives in resolving complex disputes. He is particularly known for his work in corporate mediation, boardroom conflicts, restructuring matters and disputes involving significant commercial and strategic interests.

Alongside his mediation practice, Martin has built a distinguished career as an attorney, arbitrator, corporate adviser and former magistrate. His experience includes advising financial institutions, multinational companies, government bodies and corporate boards on dispute resolution, governance and strategic decision making. He has also held numerous executive and supervisory board positions, providing valuable insight into the commercial and organisational challenges that often sit behind disputes.
 
His mediation experience includes banking and finance disputes, shareholder conflicts, board and executive disagreements, mergers and acquisitions claims, joint venture disputes, restructuring matters, regulatory issues and public sector conflicts. He is particularly experienced in disputes involving corporate governance, decision-making processes and long term commercial relationships.
