Workplace, employment and commercial disputes form the core of Matthew's mediation practice. He regularly mediates workplace grievances, bullying and discrimination complaints, management conflicts, shareholder disagreements, consumer disputes and contractual claims.

Before becoming a mediator, Matthew worked with major international organisations including Vodafone, Facebook, Pfizer, Barclays, NHS organisations, PwC and government departments across Europe and beyond. He also delivers executive training in negotiation, conflict management, leadership and communication.

His mediation experience includes employment disputes, team and leadership conflicts, constructive dismissal claims, discrimination allegations, family business disagreements, customer complaints and complex stakeholder disputes. He has particular expertise in resolving conflicts involving communication breakdowns, cultural differences and workplace relationships.
