Matthew Molloy

Matthew mediates a wide range of construction, engineering and property disputes involving contractors, employers, consultants, insurers, public bodies and private clients.

Since founding MCMS in 1996, he has advised clients on quantity surveying, construction management, contract administration, expert witness matters and dispute resolution across major building, infrastructure and engineering projects. His experience includes landmark developments such as the Millennium Dome, Channel Tunnel Rail Link, Royal Albert Hall and Somerset House.

His mediation work includes final account disputes, delay and disruption claims, defects claims, professional negligence matters, design liability disputes, loss and expense claims and complex multi-party construction conflicts. He is particularly experienced in disputes where technical, contractual and commercial issues overlap.
