Short Introduction

Mikael Linton-Wahlgren is an internationally experienced commercial mediator, arbitrator and corporate adviser specialising in construction, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, international trade and cross-border commercial disputes. With more than 25 years of experience as General Counsel, senior legal adviser and dispute resolution practitioner, he has worked with multinational organisations including Alfa Laval, ABB, Rolls-Royce, NCC and Skanska.

Accredited by CEDR and certified as an arbitrator by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Mikael combines extensive corporate, legal and international business experience with a collaborative and commercially focused approach to dispute resolution. He is particularly experienced in disputes involving international contracts, joint ventures, construction projects and corporate relationships.

Mikael mediates commercial, corporate, construction, energy and international trade disputes involving businesses, investors, contractors, manufacturers and multinational organisations. His work frequently involves complex cross-border relationships, strategic commercial interests and long-term business partnerships.
 
Having served as General Counsel, Company Secretary and senior legal adviser for major international businesses, Mikael brings a strong understanding of corporate governance, contract management, international transactions and dispute resolution strategy. He has managed major arbitrations, litigation and ADR proceedings under ICC, LCIA, SCC, UNCITRAL and FIDIC frameworks.
 
His mediation and dispute resolution experience includes joint venture disputes, mergers and acquisitions conflicts, infrastructure projects, construction contracts, manufacturing disputes, energy sector matters, international commercial claims and shareholder disagreements. He has also acted as mediator, arbitrator and Special Master in both domestic and international disputes.
