A dual qualified solicitor and chartered surveyor, he specialises in construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, property, public sector and international commercial disputes.
As a partner at Fenwick Elliott LLP, Chair of the CERN Adjudicators Panel and adjudicator for the ITER Fusion Project, Nicholas is recognised internationally for his expertise in construction law, dispute resolution and major infrastructure projects.
