With over 30 years of international dispute resolution experience, he specialises in commercial contracts, cross border disputes, banking and finance, shareholder and partnership conflicts, insolvency, trusts and probate, professional negligence and corporate disputes.
Having practised extensively in both the UK and Hong Kong, Nick brings significant experience in complex international disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, foreign assets and multinational organisations.
