Nicolas Fournier specialises in mediating international commercial disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, construction and infrastructure claims, insolvency matters and complex multi party business disputes. He regularly assists corporations, investors, business owners, professional advisers and international organisations in resolving disputes involving significant financial, operational and strategic issues.
 
Before becoming a full time mediator, Nicolas spent 25 years in CEO and senior executive roles within major international industrial groups, including leadership positions across Europe, Asia and emerging markets. His experience managing multinational businesses, joint ventures, acquisitions and complex stakeholder relationships gives him a strong understanding of the commercial realities that often underpin disputes.
 
His mediation experience includes construction and engineering disputes, shareholder disagreements, post M&A claims, insolvency matters, logistics and transport disputes, pharmaceutical and healthcare conflicts, wills and probate cases, boundary disputes and organisational conflicts. He is particularly experienced in disputes involving multiple parties, international stakeholders and technically complex commercial issues.
