Testimonials
“Philine is an incredibly agile and socially intelligent mediator: I saw her interact with a local community group in the field in the morning and gain their trust immediately. In the afternoon of the same day she knew exactly how to work with high-level government representatives in a very formal setting. I called her a chameleon because of this adaptability and professional versatility, in the most positive sense of the term.”
“The result of our team mediation with Philine was profound: we not only achieved resolution but cohesion within the team and trust in the organisation overall have been restored.”
“Through skilled facilitation, Philine swiftly created the environment for safe dialogue and exchange, fundamentally shifting the escalated dynamic to mutual learning and growth.”
