Susanne Schuler mediates workplace, intercultural, business and human rights and commercial disputes. She regularly assists multinational organisations, leadership teams, international institutions, NGOs and commercial businesses in resolving disputes involving workplace relationships, organisational change, cross-cultural communication, stakeholder engagement and supply chain conflicts.

Alongside her mediation practice, Susanne serves as Director of Training & Consultancy at CEDR and has trained and coached more than 4,000 professionals across over 30 countries. Her international background includes senior leadership, consultancy and facilitation roles across Europe, Africa and the Americas, giving her deep insight into organisational behaviour, cultural dynamics and conflict management.

Her mediation experience includes executive and board-level disputes, workplace grievances, multicultural team conflicts, international partnership disagreements, business and human rights disputes, community engagement matters, sustainability and ESG-related conflicts, supply chain disputes and cross-border commercial disagreements.
