    Tim Hardy is a highly regarded commercial mediator specialising in complex business, shareholder, banking and technology disputes. A former Head of Commercial Litigation at CMS, one of the world's largest law firms, he brings more than 35 years of commercial dispute resolution experience and has been recognised by both Who's Who Legal and Legal 500 as one of the UK's leading commercial mediators.

    Before becoming an independent mediator, Tim spent more than two decades as Head of Commercial Litigation at CMS, advising clients on some of the most significant commercial disputes in the UK and internationally.
